1. If your PKR account balance is below $20, you must withdraw the full account balance if you want to make a withdrawal. If your PKR account balance is over $20, the minimum withdrawal amount is $20.
2. We are able to refund MasterCard’s from certain countries, as per restrictions imposed on us by the MasterCard card scheme. These countries are as follows. Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Other MasterCard users will need to use an alternative method to withdraw their funds.
3.We are unable to refund to Visa Cards issued in certain countries, as per restrictions imposed on us by Visa International. Examples of countries where we may not refund Visa Cards are: Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan.
4. We can only transfer money from your PKR account to a card or e-wallet account which has previously been used to make a payment into your PKR account.
5. Occasionally, your authorization or certain documents will be required before withdrawals are processed. We may also ask that you sign a list of the deposits you have previously made to your PKR account.
6. If you are requesting more than $5,000 USD or currency equivalent your transaction may be split into several transactions.
7. Wherever possible we will refund with priority any deposit methods which you have previously used.
8. Your transaction may be split into several transactions if one of your cards or e-wallet accounts shows positive net deposits which we need to refund with priority.
9. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and card ownership prior to repayment of any sum of money where a credit/debit card transaction has been involved, or when required by our licensor, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
10. Cash will not be paid to customers under any circumstances.
11. We are unable to send cheques to P.O. Box addresses. If you have registered a P.O. Box address to your PKR account we will ask you for an alternative address.
