We aim to process every withdrawal request within 4 business days. Due to your bank’s internal processing times, it may take an additional three to five days for amounts paid to credit or debit cards, or via bank transfer, to appear on your card statement. Checks will typically be delivered within 15 business days if sent by standard post and within seven business days when sent by courier. Refunds via ewallets can vary from immediately to 48 hours, depending on the ewallet in question.
