Do you have a policy regarding dormant and inactive accounts?

Dormant accounts are those where the customer has not logged in or contacted our Customer Service Team for over 12 months. We will conduct regular reviews of our database to identify dormant accounts where funds are still available for withdrawal. Once these accounts are identified, we will attempt to contact the PKR account holder via telephone, e-mail or written communications, using the contact details registered with the account. If these efforts prove unsuccessful and contact with the customer cannot be established within six months of the date from which the account was identified as 'dormant', any outstanding bankroll in these accounts will be set aside and the account will be closed. Any set aside funds will then be made available to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission for distribution to a nominated charity of its choice. PKR will not keep dormant account funds in any case.
