Zero tolerance on collusion
PKR has zero tolerance for players who attempt to cheat. Collusion happens when players share information about their cards in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players. We take this issue very seriously, as part of our strong commitment to absolute fairness and for the protection of our players. We can detect suspicious activity both in real time and over an extended period, through a combination of automated tools and manual review of our logs. Although we will always adopt an 'innocent until proven otherwise' policy, every case will be investigated thoroughly and, depending on the seriousness of the findings, players may be asked to provide valid explanations for their activity or even be removed from our site. In our efforts to maintain the integrity of the game, even the appearance of impropriety will sometimes warrant an investigation from us.

In addition to our anti-collusion procedures, we rely on feedback from our players. If you observe any suspicious behavior or think that you have been a victim of collusion, do not hesitate to contact us. Report it by e-mail to security@pkr.com in complete confidence. We maintain a history of every hand and can easily review game play to address your concerns. Please include a brief description of the situation and include hand numbers whenever possible. You will remain anonymous and we will investigate all player reports.
