PKR is licensed and regulated by The Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC).
Established in May 2000, The AGCC is an independent and non-political body that regulates e-gambling on behalf of the States of Alderney. The Commission ensures that its regulatory and supervisory approach meet the very highest of international standards.
It is a requirement of the Alderney Gambling Control Commission that an independent testing house evaluates a licensee's RNG, operating procedures, systems architecture, technical infrastructure, site security and the veracity of the games themselves.
