If you’re having problems connecting to PKR but your Internet connection seems fine then PKR may be blocked by your firewall.
You can fix this by opening up your firewall software and choosing to ‘allow’ PKR in your firewall’s program control options.
If this does not help please contact your ISP or our Customer Service team.
