Sometimes our Customer Service team need certain files to help them solve your query. These files don't hold any personal information.
Here's how to find those files on your computer:
Dxdiag files
* Click on the Start button, then Run.
* In the box, type dxdiag then click OK.
* A DirectX Diagnostic Tool window will appear.
* Click the Save All Information button.
* Type a name for this file and save it.
log files
* Click on My Computer.
* Click on the hard disk that PKR is installed to (usually the main c: drive).
* Click on Program Files.
* Click on the PKR folder.
* In this folder, there may be client_logfile, pkr_log, errorlog.txt, crash.dmp and pokerapp.zip
msinfo files
* Click on the Start button, then Run.
* In the box, type msinfo32 then click OK.
* A system info window will appear.
* Click Software Environment from the left hand side menu.
* Click Running Tasks.
* Click File from the top menu, then Export.
* In the Export box, type a name for the file and save it.
