APT Macau Package Terms & Conditions
(1) PKR’s APT promotions are open to all PKR players who are eligible to play real money games.
(2) Any PKR APT prize package is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Only the named winner of any prize package may enter the actual event.
(3) In the event of a qualifying player being unable to attend the APT Event, their entry will be forfeited without compensation. Please ensure that you are available to play in APT events before entering satellites.
(4) APT prize packages include the tournament entry cost plus $2,200 to cover travel and accommodation expenses. Players are responsible for booking their own travel. Hotel bookings for the Rio Hotel and Casino may be arranged via PKR, or may be arranged by the player for alternative hotels.
(5) By participating in a satellite or APT promotion of any kind on PKR, in the event of winning a package, you grant PKR the right to submit necessary personal details to the APT organizers as required to complete the APT tournament registration process. Details required may include real name, date of birth and address.
(6) By participating in a satellite or APT promotion of any kind on PKR, you grant PKR the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation for a period of up to 12 months from the published end of the APT event.
(7) Players who participate in the APT via PKR promotions may be required to undertake reasonable promotional activities on behalf of PKR both at the event and for a period of three months following the event. These activities may include, but are not limited to, public appearances, press conferences and interviews. PKR will cover all additional costs required in fulfilling this obligation.
(8) All players who participate in the APT via PKR promotions are required to exclusively wear PKR branded clothing throughout the tournament. All clothing will be provided free of charge.
(9) The APT Macau event may be televised, and as such you may be required to sign a waiver prior to playing that gives permission to film and broadcast your participation. Failure to sign this waiver may result in your not being permitted to play – this will forfeit your entry without compensation from PKR.
(10) Qualifying players are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate travel documentation required for participation in APT Events. Failure to gain entry into the host country may result in your entry being forfeited without compensation from PKR.
(11) Qualifying players will be contacted by our customer services team with details within 7 days of qualification.
(12) In the event of any dispute regarding PKR APT promotions the decision of PKR management is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
(13) PKR reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without notice for whatever reason at their absolute discretion.
(14) A hard copy of these Terms and Conditions must be signed in the presence of a PKR employee prior to your play in any APT event. All players will be required to show a valid passport as proof of age and identity.
