(1) PKR LIVE III will take place at the Loose Cannon club in London between 21-22 November, 2009.
(2) PKR LIVE III event promotions are restricted to PKR registered players who are eligible to play real money games.
(3) PKR LIVE prize packages won via satellite tournaments are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Only the named winner of any prize package may enter the specified event. Players who have purchased their seats may unregister from the event before 23:59 GMT, Tuesday, 10 November by contacting PKR by email at pokerevents@pkr.com. After this date, players who purchased seats will not be able to unregister and will forfeit their buy-in if they cannot attend.
(4) In the event of a qualifying player being unable to attend PKR LIVE III, their entry will be forfeited without compensation. Please ensure that you are available to play in PKR LIVE III events before entering satellites. Refunds will not be available in the event of a qualifier not attending any PKR LIVE III tournament. The only exception will be for qualifiers to the $200 buy-in Sunday ‘Bounty Event’ who are still participating in the ‘Main Event’ when the ‘Bounty Event’ tournament starts. These players will be unregistered from the ‘Bounty Event’ and have their $200 buy-in refunded.
(5) Players are solely responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate travel documentation required to enter the UK for participation in the PKR LIVE III event. Failure to gain entry into the UK may result in your entry being forfeited without compensation from PKR.
(6) PKR LIVE III event packages include a seat worth $1,000 to the ‘Main Event’ tournament starting at 1pm local time, Saturday & Sunday 21-22 November and a seat worth $200 to the ‘Bounty Event’ starting at 2pm local time, Sunday 22 November, and $500 towards travel and accommodation expenses. Players are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
(7) Satellite tournaments are also available to either the ‘Main Event’ or ‘Bounty Event’ tournaments only. Qualifiers from these tournaments will win the tournament seat only without any expenses.
(8) Entry to the ‘Exclusive Qualifier Welcome Party’ on Friday, 20 November will be strictly limited to players registered to the ‘Main Event’ tournament only. Guests of players, or players registered only to the ‘Bounty Event’ will not be allowed entry. Players will be required to show ID to gain access to the venue.
(9) Registration for the ‘Main Event’ or ‘Bounty Event’ will NOT be available at the Loose Cannon venue.
(10) Cash prizes for the ‘Main Event’ and ‘Bounty Event’ will be credited to the PKR accounts of prize winners within 72 hours from the end of the PKR LIVE III event, as per the payout amounts published for each finishing position.
(11) Players will be required to show photo ID to gain entry into the Loose Cannon venue. The venue operates a casual dress code (jeans and trainers are acceptable).
(12) Late entry to PKR LIVE III tournaments may be permitted for pre-registered players at the discretion of Loose Cannon poker management. Players are encouraged to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
(13) By participating in a satellite or PKR LIVE III event promotion of any kind on PKR, you grant PKR the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation for a period of up to 12 months from the published end of the PKR LIVE III event.
(14) No third party marketing or promotional activity will be permitted at the PKR LIVE III event. Any person found or suspected of breaching this rule will be ejected from the event without compensation.
(15) In the event of any dispute regarding PKR LIVE III event promotions, the decision of PKR management is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
(16) Any disputes arising on the premises of the Loose Cannon club during the PKR LIVE III event are governed exclusively by the rules of Loose Cannon. The decision of the Loose Cannon management will be final.
(17) PKR reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without notice for whatever reason at their absolute discretion.
