(1) PKR LIVE IV will take place at the Loose Cannon club in London between 7-9 May, 2010.
(2) PKR LIVE IV event promotions are restricted to PKR registered players who are eligible to play real money games.
(3) PKR LIVE prize packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Only the named winner of any prize package may enter the specified event.
(4) In the event of a qualifying player being unable to attend PKR LIVE IV, their entry will be forfeited without compensation. Please ensure that you are available to play in PKR LIVE IV events before entering satellites. Refunds will not be available in the event of a qualifier not attending any PKR LIVE IV tournament. The only exception will be for qualifiers to the $150 buy-in Sunday ‘Shootout Event’ who are still participating in the ‘Main Event’ when the ‘Shootout’ tournament starts. These players will be unregistered from the ‘Shootout Event’ and have their $150 buy-in refunded.
(5) Qualifying players are solely responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate travel documentation required to enter the UK for participation in the PKR LIVE IV event. Failure to gain entry into the UK may result in your entry being forfeited without compensation from PKR.
(6) PKR LIVE IV event full packages include access to the Friday ‘Welcome Party’, a seat worth $500 to the ‘Main Event’ tournament starting at 1pm local time on Saturday, 8 May & continuing at 1pm Sunday, 9 May and a seat worth $150 to the ‘Shootout Event’ starting at 2pm local time Sunday, 9 May, and $550 towards travel and accommodation expenses credited to qualifiers PKR accounts. Players are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. PKR may also offer ‘Seat only’ packages worth $650 which include entry to the Friday ‘Welcome Party’, ‘Main Event’ and ‘Shootout Event’.
(7) PKR LIVE IV package winners have the option of unregistering from the $150 buy-in ‘Shootout’ tournament on Sunday, 9 May. Should a package winner wish to unregister from this event, they will need to send an email request to pokerevents@pkr.com providing their username. Requests to unregister must be made no later than Sunday, 2 May.
(8) Satellite tournaments may also be available to either the ‘Main Event’ or ‘Shootout Event’ tournaments only. Qualifiers from these tournaments will win the tournament seat only without any expenses.
(9) Entry to the ‘Welcome Party’ on Friday, 7 May will be limited to players registered to the ‘Main Event’ tournament and their partners. Guests of players, or players registered only to the ‘Shootout Event’ will not be allowed entry.
(10) Registration for the ‘Main Event’ or ‘Shootout Event’ will NOT be available at the Loose Cannon venue.
(11) Cash prizes for the ‘Main Event’ and ‘Shootout Event’ will be credited to the PKR accounts of prize winners within 72 hours from the end of the PKR LIVE IV event, as per the payout amounts published for each finishing position.
(12) Qualifiers will be required to show photo ID to gain entry into the Loose Cannon venue. The venue operates a casual dress code (jeans and trainers are acceptable).
(13) Late entry to PKR LIVE IV tournaments will only be permitted for pre-qualified players until the end of the third blind level. Qualifiers are encouraged to arrive early to avoid disappointment. Players arriving later than the third blind level will have their remaining chips removed and will NOT receive a refund of their buy-in.
(14) PKR Live IV is a televised event, and by entering Loose Cannon venue and participating in the Main Event tournament, you grant PKR the right to film and broadcast your participation in the tournament with hole cards revealed.
(14) By participating in a satellite or PKR LIVE IV event promotion of any kind on PKR, you grant PKR the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation for a period of up to 12 months from the published end of the PKR LIVE IV event.
(15) No third party marketing or promotional activity will be permitted at the PKR LIVE IV event. Any person found or suspected of breaching this rule will be ejected from the event without compensation.
(16) In the event of any dispute regarding PKR LIVE IV event promotions, the decision of PKR management is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
(17) Any disputes arising on the premises of the Loose Cannon club during the PKR LIVE IV event are governed exclusively by the rules of Loose Cannon. The decision of the Loose Cannon management will be final.
(18) PKR reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without notice for whatever reason at their absolute discretion.
