With a portion of the prize pool going towards a bounty prize placed on every player’s head, Terminator tournaments are about taking your opponents out of the game. The value of each player’s bounty is displayed on the table above their username. Check in the tournament lobby for the details of how much of the buy-in is in bounty prizes and how much in the standard prize pool in that particular event.
If you take someone out then you win most of their bounty straight away: a small portion of it then goes on your own head.
Terminator Xtreme
Terminator Xtreme tournaments are only available in Sit & Go formats, and these brutally aggressive games inevitably leave one player with most of the money. There is no payout structure in a Terminator Xtreme, players win 80% of the bounty prize from the players they knock-out and 20% is added to their own head. The whole prize pool is distributed through bounty prizes and the last man standing wins all of second place’s bounty and his own.
Terminator two
Terminator Two tournaments are available in both MTT and Sit & Go formats. These events are played on heads-up tables and 100% of the buy-in goes towards bounty prizes. This is a two-seater version of a Terminator Xtreme, but don’t treat it like a shoot-out match; play fast and hard to gain an advantage and get to the next table with more chips than your opponent.
