Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is only open to PKR customers who are eligible to play for real money on PKR.  For details please check PKR Terms & Conditions. 
2. All entries must be submitted no later than 23:59:59 GMT on Sunday, 8 June 2008.
3. Only points accrued from eligible tournaments which start after the submission date will count towards the team’s total point score. 
4. Triple points will be awarded for the Main Event only (Event 54). Finishing positions for the top 9 in the Main Event will be determined based solely upon their chip position at the time of reaching the final table. For example, the player with the 4th largest chip stack will be awarded 4th place for the purposes of this promotion, and therefore score 575 points (175 x 3) for this tournament.
5. The competition will end on 14th July 2008 when the Main Event final table has been determined. 
6. Only one entry is permitted per player.  If a player submits more than one entry, the first selection submitted will be taken. 
7. Cash prizes for the top ten scoring teams will be credited into the winners PKR accounts no later than Friday, 25 July.
8. Any team to achieve a higher final points total than the Team PKR selection at the end of the competition will be eligible to enter an exclusive $1,000 Freeroll. The freeroll will take place on Tuesday, 29 July at 19:30 GMT. Qualifying players will be emailed confirmation no later than Friday, 25 July.
9. The player selection of “Team PKR” will include any player in the Main Event to have qualified via an online PKR satellite, any player who purchases a seat using PKR points to any WSOP event from the PKR shop, and any member of the PKR staff who participate in any of the 32 qualifying bracelet events.
10. In the event of one or more teams finishing in a tie for a prize winning position, the cash prizes will be split equally among the tied teams.
11. If PKR’s Fantasy Team selection finishes in the cash prizes, each cash prize will move down one position to the next eligible team. For example, if Team PKR finishes 3rd, the team selection to finish in 4th place will receive the 3rd place prize and 11th will receive 10th place prize.
12. A total of $2,450 will be awarded in prizes.  Prizes will be awarded as follows: 1st place - $1,000, 2nd place - $500, 3rd place- $250, 4th through to 10th place - $100 each.
13. PKR may at any time suspend or void this promotion for any reason at our absolute discretion. Any liability from PKR to you shall immediately cease upon you being informed of such action. In the event of any dispute, the decision of PKR management will be final and binding.
14. PKR reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to exclude you from the promotion and from the PKR website if it believes you have tried to benefit from this promotion by engaging in fraudulent activity that indicates that entries are not made in good faith but for the purpose of abusing the terms and/or spirit of this promotion. In such instance, you shall not be entitled to participate in the promotion and PKR shall not be obliged to prove a reason to you for such exclusion.
15. PKR reserve the right to suspend, alter or withdraw this promotion for whatever reason without notice.
16. In the event of any dispute, the decision of PKR poker room management is final and correspondence will not be entered into.
