Road to Vegas Rebuy Promotion Terms & Conditions
(1) This promotion is open to all PKR players who are eligible to play real money games at PKR and eligible to participate in WSOP events. Please refer to the general ‘Road to Vegas’ terms & conditions for full information regarding ‘Road to Vegas’ package prizes.

(2) One package worth $3,000 to any $1,500 buy-in No Limit Holdem Freezeout event at the 2009 World Series of Poker will be given away in an exclusive freeroll taking place at 18:30 GMT, Sunday 18 January. The package includes the tournament seat worth $1,500 plus $1,500 for expenses. This freeroll will be limited to 50 players.

(3) Entry to the freeroll will be restricted to the 50 players to have purchased the highest count of rebuys and add-ons in eligible tournaments. The purchase of the initial buy-in for eligible tournaments does not count towards this promotion. Eligible tournaments include all real money scheduled tournaments which allow rebuys to be purchased for real money. Freeroll tournaments allowing rebuys and double or triple chance tournaments where rebuys are free do not count towards this promotion.

(4) In the event of a tie between one or more players for 50th place, the qualifier(s) will be determined by the player(s) having paid the highest total cash value for the total amount of rebuys and add-ons purchased during the promotional period.

(5) The promotional period includes all eligible tournaments starting between 16:00 GMT, Monday 5 January to 23:59 GMT, Sunday 11 January.

(6) Updates on total rebuys and add-ons purchased, or the overall standings of this promotion will not available from customer services.

(7) Qualifying players to the freeroll will receive email notification no later than Wednesday 14 January.

(8) In the event of any dispute, the decision of PKR poker management is final and correspondence will not be entered into.

WSOP package winners ‘Road to Vegas’ Terms & Conditions
(1) PKR ‘Road to Vegas’ promotions are open to all PKR players who are eligible to play real money games and will be at least 21 years of age by the start date of the 2009 World Series of Poker event schedule. If a WSOP package winner does not meet the minimum age requirements, they will forfeit the prize without any compensation.

(2) Any PKR WSOP prize package is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Only the named winner of any prize package may enter the actual event.

(3) In the event of a qualifying player being unable to attend the WSOP Event, their entry will be forfeited without compensation. Please ensure that you are eligible and available to play in WSOP events before entering satellites.

(4) WSOP ‘Road to Vegas’ prize packages include the tournament seat in the specified WSOP 2009 event, plus a specified amount to cover travel and accommodation expenses. Players are responsible for booking their own travel and accommodation and will be credited the expenses portion of the package within two months before the start of the 2009 WSOP event schedule.

(5) By participating in any ‘Road to Vegas’ promotion, you accept that the start dates and buy-in amounts of the 2009 World Series of Poker events are beyond the control of PKR. Should PKR be unable to fulfil any stated package prize for whatever reason – or should the buy-in for a specific event in 2009 (such as the main event) exceed the expected buy-in amount – PKR reserve the right to offer package winners an alternative prize of a similar value to the advertised package.

(6) By participating in a satellite or WSOP promotion of any kind on PKR, you grant PKR the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation for a period of up to 12 months from the published end of the WSOP event.

(7) Players who participate in the WSOP via PKR promotions may be required to undertake reasonable promotional activities on behalf of PKR both at the event and for a period of three months following the event. These activities may include, but are not limited to, public appearances, press conferences and interviews. PKR will cover all additional costs required in fulfilling this obligation.

(8) All players who participate in the WSOP via PKR promotions are required to exclusively wear PKR branded clothing throughout the tournament. All clothing will be provided free of charge.

(9) WSOP events may be televised, and as such you may be required to sign a waiver prior to playing that gives permission to film and broadcast your participation. Failure to sign this waiver may result in your not being permitted to play – this will forfeit your entry without compensation from PKR.

(10) Qualifying players are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate travel documentation required for participation in WSOP Events. Failure to gain entry into the host country may result in your entry being forfeited without compensation from PKR.

(11) In the event of any dispute regarding PKR WSOP promotions the decision of PKR management is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

(12) PKR reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without notice for whatever reason at their absolute discretion.

(13) A hard copy of these Terms and Conditions must be signed in the presence of a PKR employee prior to your play in any WSOP event. All players will be required to show a valid passport as proof of age and identity.
