Unlike a multi-table tournament, a Sit & Go has no scheduled start time - they start when the table fills up and that’s usually pretty fast (so, even if a tournament is empty, it will normally be full within minutes). To play just join a table in the Sit & Go lobby and wait for it to fill up - you can unregister up until the point the tournament is full.
